Processing & Fulfillment

Orders are prepared for shipment after payment has been successfully received and any applicable order-protection requirements have been completed.

Most standard orders proceed directly to fulfillment. Higher-value purchases may require an additional confirmation or identity-verification step before they are released for shipment.

If verification is required, your payment has still been received and your items remain secured for your order while the verification process is completed.

You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships.

High-Value Order Protection

Pokémon is for collectors of all ages—and sometimes our little collectors can get just as excited about a card as the rest of us.

For that reason, higher-value orders receive an additional confirmation before they are released for shipment. This helps us make sure an expensive purchase was intentional and authorized by the person responsible for the payment method.

These safeguards also help protect our customers and The Poké Pages against unauthorized transactions, payment mistakes, and the occasional very enthusiastic little collector who may have gotten a few clicks further through checkout than their parent expected.

Completing payment does not bypass an applicable verification requirement.

Verification does not mean there is a problem with your order, and we will never request an additional payment simply to complete one of these verification steps.

The Poké Pages does not receive or store identity-document images submitted through Stripe Identity.

Shipping, Insurance & Signature Requirements

Shipping services and protections are determined based on the value and circumstances of the order.

Higher-value shipments may require additional insurance and/or signature confirmation. When these protections are required for an order, they are part of our fulfillment requirements and cannot simply be bypassed to accelerate shipment.

When signature confirmation is required, an eligible recipient must be available to accept the package in accordance with the carrier's delivery requirements.

Our goal is simple: the protection traveling with the package should make sense for the value traveling inside it.

Shipping Address & Security

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

For security reasons, we generally will not redirect a verified high-value order to a different address after payment.

If an address needs to be changed after an order has been placed, additional review may be required. In some circumstances, the safest option may be to cancel the transaction and have the customer place a new order using the correct information.

Never send photographs of identification or other sensitive identity documents directly to The Poké Pages through email, text message, or social media. When identity verification is required, follow the secure verification process provided with your order.

Tracking & Delivery

Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided with the purchase.

Carrier tracking may take some time to display the first acceptance or transit scan.

Customers should monitor their tracking information and make appropriate arrangements to receive their package, particularly when signature confirmation is required.

If tracking shows an unexpected delay, delivery exception, or other carrier issue, please contact us so we can help determine the appropriate next step.

Lost, Damaged or Missing Packages

If your shipment appears to have been lost or damaged while in transit, contact The Poké Pages as soon as possible.

For damaged shipments, please keep the shipping box, packaging materials, shipping label, and merchandise in the condition in which they were received. Photographs and the original packaging may be required for a carrier or insurance claim.

If tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check the delivery location, other members of your household, available carrier delivery information, and nearby locations where the carrier may reasonably have left the package. Contact us promptly if it remains missing.

Carrier and insurance claims are subject to the applicable carrier's investigation, documentation requirements, coverage limitations, exclusions, and final determination.

Delivery Disputes & Transaction Records

The Poké Pages maintains transaction and fulfillment records to help protect legitimate customers and accurately resolve shipping or payment disputes.

When appropriate, these records may include payment confirmation, order authorization, customer verification, tracking information, delivery confirmation, signature records, and communications relating to the order.

We reserve the right to provide relevant transaction records to payment processors, financial institutions, shipping carriers, insurers, or other appropriate parties when responding to a payment dispute, shipping claim, suspected unauthorized transaction, or other legitimate investigation.
