Plays Tracker

Every published Poké Pages play enters the tracker 14 days after article release. We preserve the original call and recommended price, then track its performance against current market value. Tracker prices are refreshed with each Sunday Market Column, not daily, so midweek market prices may differ from the figures shown here.

Weekly update cadence

The Plays Tracker is updated when the Sunday Market Column is updated. Values shown are a weekly market snapshot, not a live price feed. A card may move during the week before that change appears here.

Play values

Each recommendation is tagged by its original price bracket: $100 Play, $500 Play, or $1,000 Play. The label identifies the value tier of the card when the play was published.

Reading the results

Each card tracks its original published recommendation and the weekly change in value. For raw cards, the recommended target price is the comparison basis; target ranges use their upper bound. WAIT calls retain their original direction and are tracked against market movement since publication. Working and Monitoring are calculated from the updated prices.

The 14-day rule

New plays are not judged immediately. They join this permanent tracker two weeks after publication so short-term noise does not decide whether a market thesis is working.

* Estimated valuation: This card has limited recent comparable sales or conflicting transaction evidence. Its independent estimated fair market value is derived from available verified transactions, condition-specific pricing, market trends, and liquidity. It is an analytical estimate rather than a directly observed current sale price. Asterisks on movement figures indicate that the calculation uses an estimated current valuation.
The market chooses the cards. The data decides whether the story survives.
